• Community & Economic Development Division: coordinates the community development committees and chamber programs to include special events and activities. The division is also responsible for oversight of economic and business development issues. The Ambassadors, Education, Team City, Blue Santa, Cayman Night in Port Arthur, Business Expo, and Workforce Development committees are part of this division.

  
  

• Governmental Affairs Division: is responsible for addressing political and governmental issues. The Golden Triangle Days in Austin, Governmental Affairs, and Political Issues committees are part of this division.

• Internal Affairs Division: coordinates internal development activities. The Building and Membership committees are part of this division.  

• Transportation Division: addresses issues relative to all modes of transportation and their impact on the community. The Aviation, Highways, and Waterways committees are part of this division. Waterways issues are addressed in conjunction with several groups of waterway users.
